Qualifications

• Experience within a main dealership and a recognised apprenticeship is essential.
• Ability to achieve targets and passion for learning.
• Interest in coaching apprentices and supporting technicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing and mechanical repairs on vehicles.
• Maintain high customer service standards for loyalty and referrals.
• Communicate effectively with Service Reception and Workshop Control.

Skills

Experience in main dealership

NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology

Volkswagen Group experience

Full UK driving licence

Self-motivated

Education
