Job summary

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Bolton is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join the aftersales team. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £36,816 with an OTE of £40,816 based on time saved and team profit, plus 25 days’ annual leave and pension, with life assurance and discounts on car servicing.

Full-time, 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota. Manufacturer training and state-of-the-art facilities support your growth and development within the Marshall network.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic with exposure to warranty and servicing work.
• Strong teamwork, adherence to process, and safety/quality standards.
• MOT Licence is a plus; training provided if not held.
• Keen to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on vehicles, including diagnostics, warranty work and repairs.
• Perform oil changes, cambelt changes and other maintenance tasks with digital write-ups.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to Marshall standards.
