What You'll Do

You will:

1. Service, repair, and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, performing repairs and maintenance with or without supervision according to your skill level,
2. Ensure top quality by inspecting vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest standards,
3. Collaborate with local and regional teams to share support and best practices to enhance the service experience,
4. Develop your skills through dedicated in-house training on Tesla technology and electric vehicle repairs.

What You'll Bring

1. Technical experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries,
2. Relevant certification is preferred but not required; self-management of your technical development is expected,
3. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written,
4. A full UK driver’s license,
5. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings, and willingness to travel for mobile repairs when needed.
