Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester At Yeomans Honda Guildford

At Yeomans Honda Guildford, we are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join our friendly and busy team. The ideal candidate will have previous franchise dealer experience, an MOT licence, and Level 3 qualification.

Our centre utilises the latest diagnostic technology, tools, and best practices to provide top-quality service and repairs. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and conducting MOT tests on Honda vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Perform diagnostic investigations to identify and rectify faults.
2. Carry out all make servicing to manufacturer standards.
3. Conduct comprehensive vehicle examinations to identify defects and faults.
4. Perform Electronic Vehicle Health Checks and Video Health Checks.
5. Road test vehicles for diagnosis and to verify repairs.
6. Collaborate with Service Advisors to update them on work progress and completion.
7. Discuss technical issues directly with customers when necessary.
8. Obtain appropriate authorisation before performing work.
9. Maintain and enhance technical skills through regular training.
