Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Service Technician, Mechanic, Vehicle Technician or Automotive Technician for a busy service centre in Halesowen, West Midlands. You will hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

The role covers servicing, diagnostics, and repair across tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension. This permanent, full-time position includes a basic salary of £30,000-£33,000 plus a £3,600 bonus and OTE

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Complete mechanical and fast-fit repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and vehicle faults.
• Repair and replace tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension components.
• Carry out MOT-related repair work.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety.

Service Technician Requirements

• Knowledge of tyres, brakes, exhausts and suspension

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months
• Right to work in the UK
