B&Q Limited in Coleraine is hiring a Service Team Manager to lead and inspire the checkout team, delivering an exceptional customer journey across our store.

This permanent role offers 36.75 hours per week with options for full-time, part-time or job share. The package includes a salary up to £34,000 per year plus bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

Responsibilities

• Lead a newly formed shift Lead team to shape the customer experience.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Oversee safety, security & compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
• Lead the checkout team & front-end service experience, ensuring fast, friendly, and reliable service.
