B&Q Coleraine is seeking a Service Team Manager to lead a new team of Shift Leads and shape the customer journey with exceptional service. You’ll inspire the Make Every Customer Count ethos and manage safety, security and compliance across the store.

You’ll drive the checkout and front-end experience, ensuring fast, friendly service and high performance from an inclusive team. This permanent role offers a 36.75 hour week with a competitive salary, bonus potential and a benefits package designed
