Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is seeking a Nightshift Manager - Cleaning at Holyrood, Edinburgh. You will deliver high service standards, ensure SLA compliance, and manage nightly cleaning operations on site.

Responsibilities include supervising night staff, carrying out compliance checks, and driving health and safety culture. The role requires supervisory experience and proficiency with MS Office. Salary £33,150 plus benefits.

ROLE: Nightshift Manager

HOURS: Sunday to Thursday, 37.5 hours, 10pm - 6am

POSITION: Site Based, no travel

SALARY: £33,150

LOCATION: Holyrood, Edinburgh

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking a Nightshift Manager- Cleaning, who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures.

Main Duties

• To ensure all aspects of the cleaning service are carried out and maintained to the required standard
• To conduct compliance audits / inspections of internal cleaning standards and documentation
• To carry out nightly checks to ensure all tasks have been completed
• To maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety culture on site
• To drive improvements in the site cleaning standards
• To provide training and awareness for all nightshift staff in all procedures relevant to their role
