Jackson Lift Services Limited in Bristol is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead a busy service team responsible for lift maintenance, breakdowns and repairs. You will coordinate engineers, communicate with clients and suppliers, and help develop the service department.

The role requires a current driving licence and a DBS check, with a competitive salary based on experience. This is a full-time position based at our Bristol office.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a team of Service Engineers in a busy area for routine maintenance, breakdowns and processing of repairs.
• Updating information and responding to messages using the company computer network.
• Processing service reports, callout reports, client/consultant survey reports, thorough examination reports, client correspondence, ordering of materials and audit inspections.
• Conducting technical surveys and specific risk assessments.
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain spare parts and oversee specialist sub-contractors’ works.
• Attending departmental and client meetings.

We have an opportunity for a Service Supervisor based at our busy Bristol office.

The successful applicant should have a strong knowledge of lift maintenance services. They should be self-motivated to help build the development of the service department and have the ability to communicate with clients, suppliers and employees.

The main areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Managing a team of Service Engineers in a busy area for routine maintenance, breakdowns and processing of repairs.
