Elekta is seeking a Service Sales Specialist in the UK & Ireland to drive the sale and renewal of service agreements across the product portfolio. The role focuses on increasing contract coverage, recurring revenue and profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop engagement plans, prepare quotations, lead negotiations and secure orders. Travel up to 50% across the UK & Ireland is required, with Crawley HQ four days on-site and one

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in a service-based environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with a full, valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the UK & Ireland.

Mansioni

• Manage service agreement renewals, warranty conversions and out-of-contract opportunities, proactively maintaining customer coverage and securing orders.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations, preparing accurate quotations and pricing recommendations.
• Analyse installed base and customer priorities to identify service, contract, upgrade and lifecycle opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships, collaborating with Service Management to monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Specialists on opportunities, offers and tenders involving service contracts.
