Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Clinical Physics Specialist in Crawley to support development, validation, and continuous improvement of Elekta’s products for world-class patient care. You will work with Product Management, Engineering and Clinical teams to ensure clinical relevance, regulatory compliance, and readiness for product releases.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in Radiation Oncology, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Radiation Oncology.
• Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows and treatment delivery techniques.
• Experience with treatment planning systems and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute validation activities across Elekta’s product portfolio, including test planning, execution, reporting and documentation.
• Apply clinical knowledge of Radiation Oncology workflows to support product development and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to develop new products and enhance existing solutions.
• Provide clinical expertise through workflow reviews, system demonstrations, prototype assessments, and clinical consultation.
• Deliver clinical training, support pilot implementations, and relay customer feedback to stakeholders.
• Support escalated clinical application issues and contribute to product improvements.
• Participate in regulatory and quality activities, including audits and compliance reviews.
• Mentor colleagues and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
