Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Service Remedials Manager to lead a selection of service remedial works on fire protection systems projects across the UK.

You will oversee site surveys, procurement, and cost control while ensuring compliance with method statements and risk assessments. Ideal candidates will have extensive sprinkler installations experience, relevant safety cards, and strong procurement skills, with knowledge of relevant standards and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience of commercial sprinkler installations.
• CSCS/CCNSG card.
• Strong procurement and cost control skills.
• Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Understanding of Sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990.

• In partnership with your manager you will be responsible for cost control of contracts/projects

Service Department - Service Remedials Manager
