Lithia UK is seeking a Service Quality Specialist for the Porsche Wilmslow team. You will ensure the aftersales department delivers top quality work and customer satisfaction by upholding repairs, warranty, and productivity standards.

You’ll guide technicians and advisors while maintaining warranty processes and documentation. The role focuses on coaching staff, managing repair progression, PCSS coding, and ensuring PCGB warranty compliance, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and continuous

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to Technicians and Service Advisors, aligning with Porsche Service Process.
• Manage technical repair progression using workshop systems and processes.
• Oversee PCSS coding and documentation quality standards.
• Maintain PCGB warranty standards.
• Coach Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors in Porsche systems.
• Handle warranty invoicing, claims and payment reconciliation.

As Service Quality Specialist, you’ll be joining the Porsche Wilmslow team, that reports directly to the Service Leader. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the entire aftersales department deliver the highest standards of work and customer satisfaction, by ensuring technical repairs, warranty and productivity are to the highest standards

So, what’s it all about, the role:

• You’ll be providing technical support & guidance to Technician and Service advisors, whilst ensuring the workshop process are in line with Porsche Service Process
• You’ll manage technical repair progression by usage of systems and process
• You’ll be in control of PCSS coding & documentation quality standards
• You'll manage and maintain PCGB warranty standards
• You'll be coaching and developing Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors in the latest Porsche Systems
• Be responsible for warranty invoicing, warranty claims and payment reconciliation
