Stratstone Porsche Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our workshop. You will benefit from a joining bonus of £2,000* and a competitive basic salary ranging from £29,905 to £41,978, with OTE up to £46,208 and uncapped earnings potential.

The role includes 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, and exclusive discounts. We offer extensive manufacturer training, career progression, and various employee benefits, including a cycle-to-work scheme and birthday leave.

Competenze

• Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong technical knowledge to confidently perform repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in a franchised dealer is a plus; focus on high quality standards.

To welcome you as a Porsche Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*

Why Stratstone:

• Basic Salary from £29,905 up to £41,978 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,335 up to £46,208, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
• 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
