Are you IP qualified or part way through your IP training? Are you considering starting your training to become IP qualified?

We have exciting opportunities for service-driven Pharmacists to join our teams and make a significant impact on delivering key services, including prescribing and vaccination services (such as HPV, Chicken Pox, Travel Vaccination). You will also support the wider business with remote service opportunities and more.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for Pharmacists to develop their professional skills in a clinical, service-led environment.

About the role

As a Pharmacist with us, you'll provide excellent customer and patient care — more than just dispensing medicine. It’s about listening, advising, and reassuring. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
2. Being responsible for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
3. Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
4. Reviewing operations through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure safety
5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services

What you’ll need to have

To succeed, you should have a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to improve. You will also need:

• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• High professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, and external professionals
• A passion for community pharmacy and quality patient care
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and local/national services
• Strong communication skills to meet varied customer and patient needs
