SSE plc is seeking an IT & OT Service Operations Manager to oversee the integration and management of IT and OT services delivered by the IT Outsource partner, ensuring governance, reliability and strong security across operations.
You will lead SIAM, manage outsourced providers, oversee service performance against SLAs/KPIs, support Major Incident Management, and drive ITSM processes with Service Strategy and Architecture, with 24/7 on-call duties.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Havant, Reading or Glasgow
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
The IT & OT Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and management of IT and Operational Technology (OT) services within the organisation delivered by the IT Outsource partner. This role ensures that both IT and OT services align with the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the business, delivering optimal performance, reliability, and security to maximise availability and ensure a seamless, positive user experience. The individual will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring effective governance and operational oversight of the contractual performance of the Service Integrator.
