SSE plc is seeking a skilled IT Service Management Process Architect to shape a tooling-aligned framework for the end-to-end service value chain and digital experience. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure architecture supports performance and outcomes.
You will describe how lifecycle processes are enabled by tooling and data, contributing to roadmaps and ensuring updates stay aligned with wider priorities. The role is based in the UK with flexible first options.
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Havant, Glasgow or Perth
Salary: £51,600 - £77,400 + performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

This role is part of a team that shapes and evolves a tooling-aligned Service Management framework, with a focus on strengthening the end-to-end service value chain and digital experience.
The IT Service Management Process Architect supports the development of this framework by bringing together processes, capabilities, tooling, data and governance forums through clear architectural models, showing how they fit together across the service value chain.
Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help show how the framework supports end-to-end performance, key measures and service outcomes.
