We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to work 5 days a week in our Service Department in Solihull. Some of the duties are -
The Service Operation Manager will provide leadership & management to the field service, workshop, remount & service office teams. Deliver exceptional customer service leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Develop, enhance, and embed service processes and working methods. Oversee and improve team performance including Engineer utilisation and efficiency improvements. Lead the service operation to achieve P&L. Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the team
