Job summary

Changing Lives is seeking a Service Manager to oversee Female Justice services primarily in the East Midlands and to source suitable properties for supported housing. The role requires building partnerships, leading frontline teams and ensuring high performance across contracted services.

You will work with commissioners and stakeholders to monitor outcomes, maintain a strong service culture, and deliver a place-based vision across our resettlement and criminal justice work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in social care or charitable services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Female Justice services primarily within East Midlands.
• Source appropriate properties in East Midlands and York for supported housing for women.
• Maintain and develop partnerships, provide line management to frontline staff, mobilise new initiatives.
• Ensure services meet contract performance metrics and quality standards.
• Collaborate with commissioners and stakeholders to monitor performance and align with legislation and guidance.
