Job summary

The Growth Company in West Yorkshire is seeking a Women's Lead to design and deliver a tailored support programme for women in the justice system. You will lead one-to-one and group interventions, build trusted relationships, and work closely with ISC and CFO Activity Hub to reduce reoffending.

This role requires empathy, resilience and experience with vulnerable women; travel across the region is expected and safeguarding and DBS processes are in place.

Qualifications

• Experience working with women in the justice system or vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to design and deliver group activities and individual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality one-to-one support to women on probation.
• Design and facilitate engaging group activities and workshops.
• Lead in Intensive Supervision Court (ISC) activities where required.
• Build positive relationships with participants, partners, probation colleagues and community services.
• Identify needs and develop tailored action plans to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case notes and records in line with requirements.
