SIS is seeking a Service Manager for a Supported Living mental health service in Stone. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate referrals and assessments, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will supervise a team of Support Workers and collaborate with the Deputy Manager to meet regulatory standards. Applicants will hold a Health & Social Care Level 5 diploma (or higher) and a management qualification or be working towards one, with prior supervisory experience in care.

Formación

• Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or higher) or equivalent qualification.
• A management qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience supporting adults with complex mental health and/or challenging behaviours from a management perspective.
• Supervisory or management experience within the care sector.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the service.
• Coordinate referrals and assessments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CQC standards across service delivery.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Support Workers and Deputy Manager.
