Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Service Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Lancashire. You will oversee frontline teams, ensure safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement to deliver person-centred care in a compliant, safe environment.

You will be responsible for supervision, performance management, and ensuring staff development through our Leadership Development Programme and tailored progression plans.

Qualifications

• A level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or relevant career experience.
• Experience of line management and leading teams in care sector.
• Caring and compassionate with strong empathy.
• Ability to remain positive on challenging days.
• Willingness to support colleagues and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service and develop staff through supervision and training.
• Translate organisational vision into day-to-day service delivery.
• Ensure safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and secure appropriate staffing.
• Build relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
