SERVICE MANAGER – East London

Glyn Hopkin is delighted to present the following Service Manager vacancy based at our Bishop's Stortford site. The working hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate
  • Good Management and IT skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisation skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Team player, able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Main duties to include but are not limited to:
  • Variety of site management and administration tasks
  • Friendly customer-facing appearance when greeting customers
  • Liaising with Foreman, Technicians, and Sales Manager
  • Handling customer queries and complaints

You will be working as part of a small but busy team.
