Job summary

Bolton Lads and Girls Club is seeking an experienced service delivery lead to oversee targeted youth services for children and families.

You will coordinate multiple programs, ensure services meet contracts and commissions, and drive quality and impact across Mentoring for vulnerable Children and Young People, Independent Visitor Scheme, Aspirations, and On Track Employability.

Job description

You will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of several of our children and family services that are delivered through our Targeted Youth Services. The role will ensure that all elements of service delivery for children and young people are successful and delivered to a high quality, and in line with contracts/commissions.

Currently, these services include:

1. Mentoring for vulnerable Children and Young People
2. Independent Visitor Scheme
3. Aspirations (Mentoring for Children who are Looked After)
4. On Track Employability
