The Really NEET Project in Telford is seeking an Outreach Mentor to inspire and empower young people to overcome barriers and progress into education, employment, and independence.
You will deliver mentoring sessions in the community or at homes, support wellbeing, and run a curriculum including Functional Skills Maths & English, Art, and Careers sessions while following safeguarding procedures and recording progress in CPOMS.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Days of Work: Monday Friday
Pay Level: £27,432 per annum
