Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Service Manager for two residential services in Bury St Edmunds, focusing on individuals with learning disabilities. You will guide a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support and ensure compliance with high safety and quality standards.

With a 30-hour Assistant Manager on site and strong peer support, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and foster positive relationships with families and local professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in health and social care, preferably with learning disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
• Commitment to professional development and values-led leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead two residential services and manage a dynamic support team.
