Job summary

United Response is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in South Tyneside to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will oversee staff teams, maintain high standards of care, support compliance with CQC requirements, and contribute to service improvements while working within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, coaching or developing staff teams.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and CQC requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage day-to-day service operations.
