Job summary

OakGar Recruitment is assisting a leading care specialist in finding a Service Manager to oversee two services around Woking, Surrey. The role focuses on empowering teams to deliver high-quality support for people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will lead rostering, supervision, and budget management within a person-centred framework, working with the Service Leadership Team. The role offers clear career progression, a contributory pension, and access to health portal and EAP.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support to people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience managing registered or supported living services including budgets.
• Knowledge of current CQC regulations and compliance.

• Oversee rostering, support plans, staff deployment and budget management.
• Act as a role model in active support and person-centered care.
