Job summary

Lifeways in Buxton seeks a Service Manager to lead and develop a busy supported living service. You will oversee care delivery for individuals with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring high standards and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is required.
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care is desirable or underway.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care and support within this supported living flat scheme.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
