D.M.Keith Ltd in York is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the busy Skoda York service department. You will manage a team including Service Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Valetor/Drivers, ensuring high service standards and profitability.

• Experience at management level in the retail motor industry.

Responsibilities

• Organise service activities for the department to ensure efficient, profitable operation.
• Lead a team of Service Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Valetor/Drivers.
• Monitor and drive monthly, quarterly and annual targets to maximise profitability.
• Market and sell service plans and warranties to customers.
• Demonstrate effective people management and conduct monthly performance reviews.
