You will manage new and used vehicle inquiries, drive F&I sales, ensure FCA compliance, and coach the sales team to achieve ambitious targets while developing plans and procedures for smooth operation. Qualificações

• Motor Trade experience required or similar senior sales leadership experience.
• Experience with F&I, deal structuring, 2nd facing, and coaching of sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
• Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales
• Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
• Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with FCA compliance
• To ensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with FCA Regulations
• To carry out a self audit on a monthly basis
• To contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner
• To be fully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures
