Job summary

Elite Healthcare Solutions LTD is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our 7 bed supported living service in Reigate, Surrey. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred support, maintain Good CQC standards, and drive ongoing development of the service.

You will oversee day-to-day management, lead staff, coordinate care planning, risk management and safeguarding, and collaborate with families, social workers and commissioners to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our 7 bed supported living service in Reigate, Surrey.

We are a CQC-registered provider currently rated Good across all CQC domains, and we are looking for an experienced manager who can maintain these standards while supporting the continued development and growth of the service.

The service supports adults aged 18–65 with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs and behaviours of concern.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and leadership of the service, ensuring that high-quality, safe and person-centred support is consistently delivered.

You will lead and develop the staff team, move clients into the service, oversee care and support planning, risk management, safeguarding, medication management, staffing and rotas, staff supervision, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with the individuals we support, families, social workers, commissioners, healthcare professionals and other external agencies.

The role requires an experienced health and social care manager who can provide strong leadership, maintain our Good CQC standards and contribute positively to the ongoing development of the service.
