Alongside is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead Domestic Abuse Housing services across BANES (Bath & Northeast Somerset). You will manage local projects, develop staff teams, and partner with commissioners to ensure safe, high-quality support for survivors of domestic abuse.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Domestic Abuse Housing services across the BANES (Bath & Northeast Somerset) area.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support for people experiencing social exclusion, including survivors of domestic abuse. You will be responsible for managing local projects, leading and developing staff teams, driving service improvements, and ensuring contractual, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
Working closely with commissioners, partner agencies, and the wider Alongside leadership team, you will ensure services remain person-centred, strength-based, and focused on achieving positive outcomes for clients. You will maintain a visible presence within services, support staff to deliver excellent client support, and help shape service development across the region.

Knowledge and understanding of the support needs of people experiencing domestic violence and abuse, facing homelessness, including those with mental health challenges, complex needs and substance misuse issues.
Experience working with people who may have multiple and complex needs and/or challenging behaviours due to their experience of trauma and abuse.
