Alongside is seeking a Supported Housing Worker in Bath to provide warm, person-centred support and housing management for residents experiencing homelessness.
You’ll work in our accommodation services across Bath, guiding clients to stable move-on, building trust, and helping with tenancy, budgeting and benefits while safeguarding and maintaining accurate records.

As a Supported Housing Worker, you'll support residents living in our accommodation services across Bath. You'll help people overcome challenges, maintain stable housing, and work towards their personal goals. From conducting support sessions and wellbeing checks to assisting with tenancy-related matters, you'll play an important role in helping residents achieve greater stability and independence.

Participate in an out-of-hours on‑call rota.
Participation on the first‑responder system (emergency cover) at our homeless hostel.

Join our dedicated team in Bath as a Supported Housing Worker, providing warm, person‑centred support and hands‑on housing management for people with recent experiences of homelessness (including those with offending backgrounds) living in designated properties. No two days are the same - you’ll build rapport, champion strengths, and create safe, stable homes where people can thrive.
You’ll guide clients to sustainable move‑on within agreed timescales by building trust, co‑creating clear support plans, and boosting confidence through practical tenancy skills, benefits and budgeting support, and encouragement.

Knowledge and understanding of the support needs of people facing homelessness, including those with mental health challenges, complex needs and substance misuse issues.
Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
