Job summary

Next Steps LTD is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our services from our East Midlands office, with occasional travel to the Northants area. The role focuses on high-quality support, policy compliance, and person-centred planning.

Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to lead our services, ensuring high-quality support and operational excellence. This role will primarily be based in our East Midlands office but will at times require travelling to our services in the Northants area.

  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
