Job summary

Persona Care & Support Limited is seeking a capable manager to lead the quality and safety oversight of several supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in the Bury area. You will supervise a team of support workers, collaborate with the deputy and registered managers, and participate in rota and on-call coverage to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to build positive relationships with people receiving care.

• Experience of managing a team of staff and adapting to get the most out of everyone.
• Ability to develop appropriate relationships with people and to provide support that makes a positive difference.

£39,481 rising to £40,444 after successful completion of induction and probation

About you

You’ll be a flexible person with a can-do attitude. You’ll have the ability to develop appropriate relationships with people and to provide support that makes a positive difference. Experience of managing a team of staff and adapting to get the most out of everyone is a must and you will take pride in delivering quality services.

About the role

You will be managing the quality and safety of a number of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in the Bury area, alongside an operational support officer and a team of support workers. You will be supported by the deputy manager and the registered manager of the service; you will also support our out of hours, on-call service on a rota basis.
