Job summary

Circle Recruitment is looking for a Service Management Architect in London. You will shape and govern end-to-end technology services, including design, transition and governance, in a brand-new role aimed at maturing our service architecture in a law firm environment.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with two days in the office each week, expect a salary of £100,000–£110,000 plus bonus and benefits, and you will influence stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams to drive continual

Qualifications

• Architect in service management, architecture, design and transition.
• Experience modernising service operations across a business.
• Business architecture experience.
• Transitioning from a service model to a platform/product model.
• Broad technology experience in cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end technology services with alignment to standards, scalability and operability.
• Define service ownership, governance, support models, SLAs, KPIs and processes.
• Partner with architects, product, platform, engineering and service management teams.
• Lead service design standardisation and documentation using ITIL/TOGAF.
• Align services with business capabilities and evolving requirements via stakeholder engagement.
• Act as service architecture authority in governance forums and design reviews.
