MEMS Power Generation is seeking a hands-on engineer to service and repair generators across the UK, both onsite and in the field. The role requires 2+ years in mechanical or electrical engineering, a full driving licence and readiness to travel.
You will work a 5 days on, 3 days off pattern with overtime and a company van provided. In this position you will perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, testing, and installation support while upholding health and safety standards and
Salary:Around £19ph depending upon experience + Overtime, Company Van + Callouts

Shift is 7.30am to 5pm (plus call out) and overtime

You will have knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience of mechanical or electrical engineering. You must have a full driving licence as you will be required to travel; have excellent communication skills; good work ethos and be physically fit.
Undertake all aspects of generator maintenance and repair both onsite and within the field, proactively and reactively.
Whilst in your initial training period, you will be part of the call out rota working with and assisting the team to develop your skills and knowledge within the business and generator industry. As an engineer you will be on call to support the business maintaining a true 24/7 operation.
