Leading and deputising across four services in Basingstoke, working with diverse teams and individuals. You will promote community engagement, ensure high-quality care, and meet CQC standards. Flexibility, interpersonal skills, and being a driver are essential.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, keen attention to detail, and a drive to achieve outcomes. IT skills are necessary; a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred, but support for qualification completion is available.
