Job summary

Lifeways in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop high‑quality person‑centred services across multiple sites. You will oversee care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism, supported by three Team Leaders and a dedicated staff team.

With five services in Glasgow and around 1,200 hours of commissioned support, you will drive service improvements, build strong relationships with families and communities, and ensure compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 3 SVQ qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable)
• Strong experience in operational and people management
• A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care and support across services.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities
