Right Match Recruitment Group, on behalf of a very prestigious client in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Service Lead for a full-time, permanent role within a well-established care company focusing on mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure person-centred care, and develop staff while overseeing budgets and safety standards. This is a driver-required position with opportunities for progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
• Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and safeguarding standards.
