Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Service Lead on behalf of a prestigious client in Peterborough. The role is full-time and permanent, within a well-established care company delivering mental health, learning disabilities and autism support.

You will lead day-to-day management, ensure person-centred care in line with CQC standards, supervise staff, and oversee individual support plans while managing budgets and compliance. A driver is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
• Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the day-to-day management.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams.
• Oversee support plans tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations.
• Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
• Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.
