Job summary
CareTech is opening a new 12-bed supported living service in Peterborough and seeks a Service Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with moderate to high needs.
The role requires a Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), experience in fast-paced environments, driving licence, and strong leadership with safeguarding and budget awareness. This is a permanent, full-time position with rota-based hours and a salary of £32,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
- Experience in managing fast paced environments.
- Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and mental health issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the schemes, ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Ensure staff receive regular supervision per policy.
- Work with Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition into the home.
