NRC Crane Hire, part of the JGL Group, is seeking a Service Controller to support the day-to-day operation of our fleet. You will coordinate servicing, maintenance, and documentation, working with engineers, suppliers and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate servicing and maintenance activities for fleet.
• Update and maintain service records and documentation.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and operations teams.
• Monitor servicing schedules and compliance requirements.
• Raise purchase orders and process service-related paperwork.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately within timescales.
• Support wider operations with administrative duties as required.
