We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in South East London. This role involves scheduling and coordinating Mobile Service Engineers for an Alarm company.

Role Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise Mobile Service Engineers and Maintenance Engineers for alarm systems, electronic systems, fire protection, extinguishers, and other fire-related systems.
• Coordinate engineers who service or install systems.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating or scheduling engineers, particularly in service or installation roles.
• Experience with systems such as electronic, electrical, fire and security, fire alarms, or similar industries like HVAC, M&E, etc.
• Administrative or support experience related to service coordination is desirable.
