Job summary

CO Home Improvements in Kendal is seeking a Service Engineer to resolve manufacturing or fitting issues across our windows, doors, conservatories and warm roofs. The role also involves light joinery work such as skirting and laminate flooring and delivering excellent customer service on site.

You will ensure high‑quality workmanship, support the customer services team with on‑site production issues, and apply strong product knowledge. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience across warm roofs, conservatories, windows and doors.
• Joinery experience fitting skirting and laminate flooring.
• Ability to fit hardware such as handles, hinges and glazing.

Responsibilities

• Resolve window and door issues and ensure quality work on site.
• Carry out minor joinery tasks including skirting and laminate.
• Provide excellent customer service at customers' properties.
• Support production issues with the customer services team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
