Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Service Engineer (Mechanical / Material Handling) to cover a regional UK patch. You will service, maintain and fault-find on specialist automated equipment, including gates, barriers and hydraulic systems, with full industry training provided.

This Monday–Friday, days-based role offers £35,000–£37,000 plus OTE (£50,000) and benefits. A field-based position requiring a UK driving license and a background in forklift, material handling or electro-mechanical

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer background in forklift, material handling, plant or heavy mechanical.
• Strong electro-mechanical and hydraulic experience.
• UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repairs and fault finding on specialist automated equipment.
• Work on gates, barriers and security automation.
• Field-based, regional patch with a 8am–5pm schedule.

Are you a Service Engineer from a Forklift, Material Handling, Plant or Heavy Mechanical background looking to receive specialist training and develop your skills within a new industry?

In this Monday - Friday, days-based role, you will cover a regional patch carrying out service, maintenance and fault finding on specialist automated equipment, including gates, barriers, bollards and hydraulic systems. Full industry-specific training will be provided.

This position would suit a Field Service Engineer from a Forklift, Material Handling or Electro-Mechanical background looking for a long-term career offering technical development and excellent earning potential.

The Role:

• Service, maintenance, repairs and fault finding.
• Specialist automated equipment, hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Full training on gates, barriers and security automation.
• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), field-based role.

The Person:

• Field Service / Maintenance Engineer.
• Forklift, Material Handling, Plant or Heavy Mechanical background.
• Strong electro-mechanical and hydraulic experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
