Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Engineer (Mechanical / Material Handling) to join a market-leading team in Northampton. You will carry out service, maintenance and fault finding on specialist automated equipment, including hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems, with full training provided.

Are you a Service Engineer from a Forklift, Material Handling, Plant or Heavy Mechanical background looking to receive specialist training and develop your skills within a new industry? In this Monday – Friday, days-based role, you will cover a regional patch carrying out service, maintenance and fault finding on specialist automated equipment, including gates, barriers, bollards and hydraulic systems. Full industry-specific training will be provided. This position would suit a Field Service Engineer from a Forklift, Material Handling or Electro-Mechanical background looking for a long-term career offering technical development and excellent earning potential.

The Role:

• Service, maintenance, repairs and fault finding.
• Specialist automated equipment, hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Full training on gates, barriers and security automation.
• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), field-based role.

The Person:

• Field Service / Maintenance Engineer.
• Forklift, Material Handling, Plant or Heavy Mechanical background.
• Strong electro-mechanical and hydraulic experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
