SSR C&T is recruiting a Service Engineer to service and repair addressable fire alarm systems across Berkshire and the Thames Valley, with occasional work in West London. The role requires fire alarm industry experience, BS 5839 knowledge, and a full driving licence.

This full‑time position offers £38,000–£42,000 (negotiable) with overtime, a transit-style van, bonus, 23 days holiday and pension. No call-out is required.

A Service Engineer - Fire Alarms is sought by SSR C&T to cover Berkshire and the Thames Valley, with occasional work in West London. This national fire alarm systems installer and service provider are looking to recruit a Service Engineer to cover the Thames Valley area with some work in West London.

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing a variety of addressable alarm systems, ideally having some fault‑finding ability.

Applicant will need to be from, or have been in the fire alarm industry, with a good with a good understanding of BS 5839, you will also need a full driving licence.

This excellent opportunity comes with a basic salary of circa £40,000 (negotiable) plus overtime including weekend work (not compulsory) a transit style van, a bonus, 23 days holiday, pension and other benefits, the role has NO CALL OUT.
