SSR Contract & Technical is seeking a Service Engineer to cover the Thames Valley region with some work in West London. You will service a range of addressable fire alarm systems and perform fault-finding where needed. A full driving licence is essential, and the role includes a transit-style van, a bonus, and 23 days of holiday.

The base salary is circa £40,000 (negotiable) with overtime opportunities and pension benefits. This position has no call-out requirement.

• Experience in servicing fire alarm systems is required.
• Good knowledge of BS 5839 standards.
• Valid full driving licence.

Job description

This national fire alarm systems installer and service provider are looking to recruit a Service Engineer to cover the Thames Valley area with some work in West London. The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing a variety of addressable alarm systems, ideally having some fault-finding ability. Applicant will need to be from, or have been in the fire alarm industry, with a good with a good understanding of BS 5839, you will also need a full driving licence.
